Further, double salts are conversed in hydroxide of REE and hydroxides of REE are washed. Upon washing hydroxides of REE are oxalate conversed, dried and burned producing sum of REE oxides. After sedimentation of double salts of rare earth elements and sodium REE-Na mother solutions are processed producing ferriferous and cobalt cakes. ^ EFFECT: production of sum of oxides REE with high content of REE by hydro-metallurgical procedure, production of ferriferous and cobalt concentrates as by-products. ^ 4 cl, 1 dwg Изобретение относится к способу выделения редкоземельных элементов (РЗЭ) из шлифотходов от производства постоянных магнитов. Способ включает растворение шлифотходов в серной кислоте, выделение двойных солей редкоземельных элементов и натрия РЗЭ-Na осаждением и отмывку двойных солей. Затем проводят конверсию двойных солей в гидроокиси РЗЭ и отмывку гидроокисей РЗЭ. После отмывки осуществляют оксалатную конверсию гидроокисей РЗЭ, сушку и прокалку оксалатов с получением суммы оксидов РЗЭ. После осаждения двойных солей редкоземельных элементов и натрия РЗЭ-Na ведут переработку маточных растворов с получением железистого и кобальтового кеков.
