Изобретение относится к способу очистки железной руды от мышьяка и фосфора. Способ включает измельчение руды, ее смешивание с углеродным восстановителем и обжиг смеси. При этом перед обжигом руду дополнительно смешивают с карбонатным шламом и обжиг смеси проводят в кислородсодержащей среде. После обжига проводят выщелачивание мышьяка и фосфора раствором гидроксида натрия с одновременным мокрым магнитным обогащением.
