Может применяться для деталей, работающих в условиях экстремальных температур, повышенных нагрузок и агрессивных, ядовитых и радиоактивных сред, в химической, энергетической, нефтедобывающей и газодобывающей промышленности, в машиностроении. Порошковую смесь, состоящую из титана, карбида кремния, углерода и 3-7 мас.% наноразмерного оксида алюминия, подвергают механосинтезу в вакуумированной мельнице, после чего проводят холодное прессование и горячее прессование при 5-15 МПа. |
