Описан способ получения катализатора, включающий смешение водной суспензии цеолита Y с суспензией глинозема, раствором силиката натрия с модулем - мольным отношением SiO2/Na2O, равном 2,2-3,0, раствором сульфата алюминия и раствором платинохлористоводородной кислоты; формование гранул катализатора в колонне с минеральным маслом; последовательные активации сначала смесью растворов сульфата натрия и сульфата алюминия с концентрацией последнего 0,1-4 г/дм3, затем раствором сульфата алюминия с концентрацией 4-10 г/дм3, раствором смеси нитратов редкоземельных элементов; отмывку; сушку и прокаливание гранул в атмосфере дымовых газов и водяного пара.
