In dispersion liquid medium, having pH in the range of 5-9, between electrodes from metals, melts or semiconductors, arc pulse discharges are ignited with duration of 10-6-10-8 s, current pulse of which has shape of amplitude-modulated oscillating signal of ultrahigh frequency, besides specific energy in pulse makes at least 103 J/cm2, and shell is formed on surface of clusters with size of 0.3-50 nm from compounds on the basis of hydrogen and/or oxygen and/or carbon with thickness of 0.1-1.0 nm. ^ EFFECT: method provides for the possibility of technological control over process of clusters formation with specified size in dispersion medium during automatic application of various protective shells on them for production of leading edge hydrosol with unique consumer properties. ^ 3 cl, 3 dwg, 4 ex Изобретение относится к биоцидам, а более конкретно к способу приготовления гидрозолей, содержащих жидкости в качестве носителей диспергированных твердых наночастиц с покрытием в форме капсул.
