Изобретение относится к металлургии лития, в частности к способу переработки концентрата β-сподумена для извлечения лития с получением карбоната лития. Способ включает сульфатизацию концентрата серной кислотой, водное выщелачивание сульфатизированного концентрата, нейтрализацию пульпы выщелачивания и разделение нейтрализованной пульпы выщелачивания на кек и сульфатный раствор. При этом пульпу выщелачивания нейтрализуют химически активным концентратом β-сподумена. При выщелачивании получают богатый литием кек и используют его для производства литиевой керамики и ситаллов. Техническим результатом является исключение оборота лития в технологии и получение богатого литием кек - сырья для производства литиевой керамики и ситаллов. 1 табл. |
