METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF GASES INERT TO HYDROCARBON MEDIUM AND DEVICE FOR ITS REALISATION

FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to oil and gas industry, namely, to the field of technological operations realisation with application of neutral (inert) mediums to prevent ignition of hydrocarbon mixtures. Besides invention may be used in some other cases, when in process of operation it is required to create explosionproof environment. Method includes air compression in the first stage compressor and injection of the latter into gas generator combustion chamber, air burning with fuel in combustion chamber, cooling of gas inert to hydrocarbon medium and produced as a result of oxygen burning from air in heat-exchanging apparatus, direction of the latter to gas inlet of gas-booster pump, additional compression of inert gas with the help of flow liquid piston in chamber of gas-booster pump and direction of the latter to consumer in composition of gas-liquid mixture, at that air and fuel are supplied to combustion chamber in stoichiometric ratio, and optimal temperature mode on internal surface of gas generator combustion chamber walls is provided due to supply of cooled exhaust gas from internal combustion chamber into gas heat-exchanger installed on gas generator body. Device is described for realisation of method, which comprises compressor 1 of the first stage, internal combustion chamber 2, gas generator 3, unit of gas preparation 4, outlet of which by gas manifold 5 is connected to gas inlet of gas-booster pump 6 and further to consumer of high-pressure inert gas.
