Zusammenfassung:FIELD: power production. ^ SUBSTANCE: method provides for preliminary charging ferroelectric capacitor placed into the oscillating circuit with parametric amplification from the external voltage source and subsequent periodic heating of ferroelectric capacitor. The method also provides for intensifying electric power stored in ferroelectric capacitor due to thermal power, and removing of the intensified electric power from the oscillating circuit and ferroelectric capacitor cooling. The ferroelectric capacitor is heated and cooled by simulating thermal power flow by means of liquid crystal modulator. The device for thermal power conversion into electrical power consists of ferroelectric capacitor introduced into the oscillating circuit with parametric amplification, connected to the capacitor liquid crystal modulator and connected load. ^ EFFECT: improved effectiveness of conversion due to increased capacity of ferroelectric capacitor. ^ 11 cl, 9 dwg
