FIELD: physics, computer equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns guidance field digital licences, in particular to methods of removal of the licence from a client computing mechanism. The client chooses the licence which is subject to removal, and service, shapes inquiry, including in it the block of identification of the licence (LIB) the inquiry, identifying the licence which is subject to removal, and sends inquiry to service. The service accepts inquiry, maintains, at least, an inquiry part in a database, shapes the answer corresponding to inquiry, including the LIB response in it, identifying the licence which is subject to removal, and service identification, and sends the answer to the client. The client accepts the answer, uses the LIB response from the response for identification of the licence which are subject to removal, and deletes the identified licence after acknowledgement, that service identification in the identified licence coincides with service identification in the response. ^ EFFECT: removal of, at least, one digital licence from the client computing mechanism. ^ 34 cl, 4 dwg
