Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns foundry field and can be used for obtaining of mouldings and blanks processing by pressure from composite material with aluminium matrix, strengthened by silicon-carbide inclusions. It is received composite material on the basis of aluminium matrix with carbide impurities. It is implemented melting of aluminium - siliceous alloy and its processing by carbon dioxide. Percentage consumption KQ of carbon dioxide is chosen in range KQ=MG/MM, where MG - mass of used gas for time of melt treatment, MM - mass of treated metall. ^ EFFECT: increasing of making productivity of composite material, simplifying of process and cost saving of composite material manufacturing. ^ 1 dwg |
