Inside crosspiece, support hub is installed rigidly fixed with it with internal thread. Cylindrical part that has cylindrical central groove with longitudinal toothed mechanism and forms setting spindle is inserted in support hub with its internal thread section. Cylindrical spider enters center groove, at that spider is installed at the bottom on crosspiece and accepts along center setting shaft that is transmitted to it. Gear wheels rest on its end, being engaged with longitudinal gear mechanism in cylindrical central groove of cylindrical part. Together with gear wheel installed at the end of driving shaft as sun wheel they form planetary mechanism. Cylindrical part that forms setting spindle under threaded guide has another threaded section in support hub with conjugated thread, on which setting hub may be wound with internal thread, being fixed against slipping in relation to support hub. ^ EFFECT: simplification of design and assembly. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg
