description FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of gypsum-concrete production includes mixing of semi-hydrate beta-modified gypsum and micro-fillers such as waste from blast-furnace process and caustic magnesite, keramzite and tempering with water solution of bischofite. Floured blast-furnace granulated slag is used as waste from blast-furnace process. The above semi-hydrated gypsum is mixed up with micro-fillers. Tempering is conducted with water solution of bischofite with 1.2 g/cm3 density in amounts needed for achieving water binding ratio 0.45-0.55. Then mechanical and chemical dispersion of the produced binding agent suspension to colloid state is performed and keramsite and additional fine fillers such as quartz sand at the ratio of the said micro fillers by weight 1:1 and the said fillers by weight 1:1 are introduced. Binding agent content (by dry substance) 35.8-40 wt % and at 1.63 to 1.9 ratio of the semi hydrated gypsum to micro fillers in the binding agent. ^ EFFECT: increase of setting period, increased strength at the late stage of solidification and improved water resistance after daily water saturation without decrease of water binding ratio. ^ 2 ex, 2 tbl
