DTRS contains provided in front of modulator direct only, including additionally, interpolator generating ordered BDS synchronous per binary digit multiplied to positive numbers formed e.g. from high-increasing numbers applying Merckle-Hellman circuit, and summed to receive digital symbol flow. Demodulator is followed with demultiplexer transforming ordered digital symbol flow synchronous per binary digit in processor according to Merckle-Hellman circuit to digital symbol flow thereafter transformed. ^ EFFECT: higher performance of frequency resource, simplified solution for EMC support, eg of short-range radio navigation systems and GSM-900 networks. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl
