Invention claims method of obtaining butadiene-styrene rubbers by butadiene copolymerisation with styrene in several reactors in hydrocarbon dissolvent medium in the presence of lithium-organic catalyst, e.g., lithium-butyl and modifying additive, involving blend preparation, catalyst deactivation and polymer stabilisation, rubber degassing and drying, where sodium or potassium alkyloxyethylenoxide is used as modifying additive in copolymerization process, and 1,2-link content in diene part of copolymer is adjusted by changing mol ratio of sodium or potassium to lithium within (0.2-1.5):1.0 range. ^ EFFECT: rubber with higher 1,2-link content in diene part of copolymer, wide Mooney viscosity interval, enhanced controllability and reproducibility of process. ^ 5 cl, 2 tbl, 1 dwg, 14 ex
