Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: rotatory motion is imparted to work piece and linear transmission is imparted to device. The device used has case with three deformation instruments and helical cylindrical spring, the spacing of which is a multiple of the thread of the rolled screw. The helical cylindrical spring wraps around the rolled screw for radial transmission of the deforming instruments. The deforming instruments are fixed on holders. In the case there are two posts with openings, one of which can be moved while the other is immovable. The holders are mounted inside the helical cylindrical spring at a distance equal to the thread of the rolled screw. The middle deformation instrument is mounted opposite the extreme end of the deformation instrument relative the work piece. There is provision for regulation of tightness and rolling force through radial movement of the middle deformation instrument. ^ EFFECT: more technological capabilities; reduction of roughness parameter of processed surface and increased hardness of latter. |
