The current collector of the positive electrode represents a strip metal plate with its part being rolled to make a cylinder shape and located at the roll center and the remaining part arranged curvilinear along the electrode roll thickness. The inner ends of all the electrode package plates are arranged along the current collector curvilinear part, the outer end of the said plates are arranged along the roll edges. The positive electrode plate inner ends are connected to the current collector and the negative electrode outer ends are connected to the CCS cover.
