FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophtalmosurgery and can be used in surgical treatment of glaucoma. Conjunctival and superficial scleral flaps are cut out and deep. Layers of sclera in form of rectangular are removed until inner layers of corneoscleral part of trabecula and Descemet's membrane are exposed. Superficial scleral flap is fixed on corners and on middles of lateral sides with 4 knot sutures. Thin knife "peak" is introduced under fixed scleral flap opposite its base and trabeculotomia is performed. Length of trabeculotomia must be not less than 1 mm shorter than width of scleral flap. Control of filtration is carried out If filtration is not sufficient, one or two knot sutures are removed lateral sides of superficial scleral flap.
