The rod is located outside the cylinder. The gas producer contains a nozzle supplied with the device for changing of traction vector. The ring space is created between the rod and the cylinder with the damper located on the cylinder, the said damper being executed in the form of elastic capacity with damping liquid and capable of moving against the rod and destructing of elastic capacity in the end of travel. There is a recoil-dampening cavity with throttle apertures from the side of ring space in the rod. The gas cavity is supplied with an operated valve of dump of gases. ^ EFFECT: decreased vibroimpulsive loads, increased power characteristics, ruling out influence of high-temperature gases on a design, reduced overall dimensions of the mechanism. ^ 1 dwg
