Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to benzothiazole derivatives of general formula I and to their pharmaceutically acceptable acid-additive salts as adenosine receptor ligands and based medicinal product. Compounds can be applied for treatment and prevention of diseases mediated by adenosine receptors, e.g., epilepsy, depressions, narcomania, Parkinson's disease. In general formula I R denotes phenyl unsubstituted or substituted with halogen or -SN2N(CH3) (CH2)nOCH3, or denotes benzyl, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy-group, - (CH2)nOCH3, or denotes pyridine-3- or -4-yl unsubstituted or substituted with lower alkyl, halogen, morpholinyl, - (CH2)n-halogen, - (CH2)nOCH3, - (CH2)n-diethylene-imide oxide-4-yl, or (CH2)n-tetrahydropyrrole-1-yl; R1 denotes phenyl unsubstituted or substituted with halogen tetrahydropyran-4-yl, 3,6-2H-2n-pyran-4-yl or morpholine-4-yl; n denotes mutually independent 1 or 2. ^ EFFECT: production of benzothiazole derivatives which can be applied for treatment and prevention of diseases mediated by adenosine receptors. ^ 9 cl, 4 dwg, 27 ex |
