MICRO-ADDITIVE MIXER

FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to the technology of mixing micro-additives when making feed compound. The micro-additive mixer has a frame, on which a case is fitted. Inside the case there are three cylindrical containers, fixed one after the other, through which passes a central axle with paddle mixers fitted on it. The paddles are made from rods with a round cross-section and have an inverted L shape. All containers have discharge windows with a flap and opened using a handle. The case has a discharge window with a flap and a tray for unloading a ready mixture. Above the case there is a feeder for loading initial micro-additives and the mixture filler, divided into four sections. The smaller section of the feeder is joined by a flexible pipe to the smallest container of the mixer, and the biggest to the case. The rest of the containers are joined accordingly. The micro-additive mixer is actuated by a V-belt transmission from an electric motor. The invention provides for high degree of uniformity of the prepared mixture when adding micro-components to the mixture. ^ EFFECT: high degree of uniformity of the prepared mixture of feed compound when adding micro-components to the mixture. ^ 1 dwg
