Material of pipeline external surface protection contains layer of bitumen-polymer mastic compound, with reinforcing glass mesh immersed in it, and anti-adhesive layer, at that reinforcing glass mesh is made of glass threads with diameter from 0.2 to 0.25 mm by means of interlacing with cell size of 2.5x2.5 mm, and it is installed at the distance that is equal to 20-40% of bitumen-polymer mastic compound layer depth from the anti-adhesive layer, at that bitumen-polymer mastic compound has the following ingredients composition, percent by weight: bitumen ""-60/90 7-14, bitumen ""-70/30 60-85, thermoelastolayer 4-12, petroleum polymer resin 2-10, polybutadiene low-molecular rubber 5-10. ^ EFFECT: improves efficiency of anticorrosive protection activities in the field. ^ 2 dwg |
