Proposed device contains diffuser, shell installed over diffuser on axle rigidly attached to shell, wind vane providing turning of shell around axle and hood. Shell is made in form of semiconical surface whose vertex is rigidly secured on axle on which one side of wind vane is rigidly fastened over shell, and side adjoining wind vane side is pointed along axis of projection of shell base onto horizontal plane to side opposite to middle of concave side of shell. ^ EFFECT: simplified design of device. ^ 2 dwg
