DEVICE FOR REPLACEMENT OF GASKETS OF RAIL FASTENINGS

FIELD: railway transport; track machines. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manually operated track machines designed for replacing worn out rubber gasket of rail fastenings, type APC. Proposed device contains rail truck with frame, and rail grip unit with two pairs of rotary mirror-like symmetrical rockers with rail hooks on ends and lifting unit with two-member stop and hand hydromechanical drive, both mounted on rail truck. Rail grip unit is furnished with two strips fastened on upper ends by brace-handle and provided, each, with longitudinal slot made for engagement with crossmember on frame, and with cross roller on lower end made for engagement with inner end faces of pair of rockers. Each strip is hinge-connected by lower end with connecting rod-shackle hinge connected with slider-clamp made for enclosing pair of rockers from side and outer end faces and displacement relative to them. ^ EFFECT: simplified design of device, reduced mass and provision of operation under action of manual drive. ^ 4 dwg
