description FIELD: transportation of oil products by means of pump and pipeline complex, possible use for examination of operation of equipment of oil-trunk pipeline in real time scale. ^ SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, measuring impulse outputs from electric counters of active energy of each synchronous electric motor of pump machine drive are connected to microprocessor controller for processing with the goal of producing time between two measuring impulses, incoming from active energy counter, of the pump machine which currently operates, and its number in binary code, output from which together with outputs from pressure sensors at input of the pump and pump output, are communicated in binary code through automatic remote control system to dispatching station of pipeline system in computer with database containing actual working and flow characteristics of pump machines, which computes, for each pump machine, the active power which is active on the pump shaft, the pressure output of the pump, flow coefficient, volumetric liquid flow, on basis of average value it analyzes received day-to-day data to detect continuous stationary operation mode of pump machine flow-wise during not less than four hours with oscillation of flow within limits of three percents of average value and on basis of these computes average base and current values of pumps efficiency coefficient, produced current data are received for storage in the memory of computer at the central dispatching station, and used in continuous analysis of status of pump and pipeline complex, to which end graphs of flow values and efficiency are built for current mode of operation of pump machines across all pump stations during controlled time span, data are compared to previous values, stored in the computer memory, both for each machine and for adjacent pump stations and if these values for some pump machine which operates in nominal mode are less than base values, then a decision is taken about switching the working pump machine with a different one with its further examination and maintenance. ^ EFFECT: real time scale measurement and analysis of current efficiency coefficient of each pump, information about which ensures timely detection of possible deviations from given mode of operation of pump machines, possible prevention of inefficient operation of pump machines as well as possible emergency shutdown. ^ 13 dwg, 2 tbl
