The method includes the remelting in the capacity of the charge materials of the low-grade manganese-containing the spoil breakage in the amount of 35-75 mass % together with the own return breakage out of the high-manganese steel in the electric arc furnace of the direct current. Exercise the layered charge into the furnace of the charge materials and the calcium fluoride in the certain succession. At smelting-down of the charge materials in the electric arc furnace maintain the maximum electrical mode, not allowing the bubbling of the molten bath.
