description | FIELD: shipbuilding; building of ships corresponding to frigate displacement. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed ship has hull with sides and plating, bottom, inner bottom, ship's motions stabilizer, stem, fore extremity with bulbous fairwater sunken below ship's hull base plane, aft extremity with transom, upper and lower decks, superstructure, power plant equipped with propulsion complex, navigational equipment, rigging, combat and technical means and armament, general shipboard and local systems and gears. Ship's hull has long forecastle with one break in above-water surface on either side extending over entire length of ship; line of this break has varying gradient of rise lengthwise towards fore portion of hull. Line of break in aft section of ship is located below upper deck level; point of passing through upper deck level is located in mid-section area, 7.5% of ship length between perpendiculars. Average gradient of rise of line of break in section from point of passing through upper deck level to fore perpendicular exceeds that in aft portion by 8-15 times. Larger part of them is made at tumblehome angle to CL no less than 5o in zone adjoining the line of break and no less than 7o at the upper boundary of plating.
