METHOD FOR RECONSTRUCTING THE FUNCTION OF REGIONAL LYMPH NODES

FIELD: medicine, surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating patients with lymphatic insufficiency of inferior limbs: lymphedema of inferior limbs, post-thrombophlebitis syndrome, syndrome of diabetic foot, synovites of different etiology, etc. One should fulfill combined introduction of the mixtures of medicinal preparations. Moreover, one mixture consisted of 32 U lidase, 4 ml anecaine, 4 mg dexametason, 1 ml alflutop should be introduced into Hoff's adipose body. Another mixture consisted of 32 U lidase, 80 mg actovegin, 4 ml anecaine should be introduced along anterior-median surface of the upper femoral third, in projection of surface lymph vessels and lymph nodes. The procedure should be carried out at 48-h-long interval.
