Disposed on the latter are two core-mounted coaxial current-carrying contacts which are insulated from one another and from disconnecting switch. Current-carrying contacts have similar number of contact members symmetrically disposed over circumference. Ends of contact members facing each other are separated by disconnecting-switch discharge gap. This discharge gap is electrically shorted out in ON-position of switch by spring-loaded sections longitudinally disposed on core over circumference. Sections and contact members are made of pins. Ends of contact members free from working contacts are overhanging from current-carrying contact leads.
