The cone angle of the section of the diffuser, on which the cavitational device is arranged downstream of the medium flow is made greater than the cone angle of the section of the diffuser, on which the cavitational device is arranged upstream, or it is equal to it. The wall cavitational device is made in the form of the annular element with the cross section in the form of the sector. The axial cavitational device may be made in the form of the semi-sphere with its salient part facing upstream of the medium flow or may be made in the form of the cone. The diffusers may be made with the wall of the curvilinear form.
