The rings are pressed to end flanges by means of positioning washers. The body is provided with cylindrical protective perforated metal case fastened to end flanges. Positioning washers have rubber coverings including rims at washer ends created from the side of outer piezoceramic ring surfaces. Local projections are made on cylindrical surfaces of the rims. The local projections are resiliently pressed to inner surface of sound-permeable shell.
