The defect is closed by fixing autograft patch. The patch has rectangular shape. Postoperative wound is sutured by pulling one flap over the other with 8-10 mm large overlap. External edge of one of flaps is sutured to internal surface the other opposite flap with tension being created. The opposite flap is placed over the first one and attached to external surface of the sutured flap. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in increasing urethral lumen as much as possible; reliable ventral urethra surface fixation. ^ 3 dwg
