The valve is mounted from the side of the burner and made for permitting rotation around its axis. The inlet and outlet collectors are connected with the passages of the heat exchanging module from the side of the burner. The passages for fluid to be heated can be in communication through both the opening in the baffles and through additional heat exchanging members mounted in the space of the inner pipe of the heat exchanging module.
