At reduced positive temperature of air in growing room, heating of substrate blocks is provided by supplying of heat into said blocks through circulation of heat-carrier heated to predetermined temperature via heat conductor. At increased temperature of air in growing room, cooling of substrate blocks is provided by withdrawal of heat from inside of substrate blocks through circulation via heat conductor of coolant cooled to predetermined temperature.
