Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: manufacture of adapters for technological ducts of power producing reactors. ^ SUBSTANCE: adapter is in the form of mutually lap joined by diffusion welding embracing sleeve of stainless steel and embraced sleeve of zirconium alloy. Joined surfaces of sleeves along the whole length of lap joint have alternating mutually engaged dents and indentations and they have at each side of lap joint one stepped cylindrical surface and cone surface joining said cylindrical surfaces. Apexes of dents and indentations are rounded. Length of cylindrical stepped surface consists of 0.2 - 0.35 of length of said cone surface.
