Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: drilling and blasting operations in hard rocks, applicable in various branches using blasting operations in hard rock masses. ^ SUBSTANCE: the locking stemming has a cylinder with an axial cavity having a tapered expansion. The tapered expansion is made on the other end of the cylinder, at least three slots are made on the cylinder ends having tapered expansions. Two interconnected tapered plugs are inserted in the tapered expansions of the cylinder they are made in the form of a thick-walled tube with a nut thread, tie-rod with an initiating pulse conductor passed trough it. The tie-rod is fastened in the lower hollow part provided with slots in the lower part tapered plug, and freely passes through the axial duct in the upper tapered plug. The cylinder is made of metal or plastic mass. The lower tapered plug is made of metal. The upper tapered plug is made of metal or plastic mass. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of blasting breaking of rocks due to the complete locking of detonation products in the charging cavity up to the moment of complete breaking of the surrounding rock. ^ 4 cl, 3 dwg,
