Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: mechanical working, cleaning metal surfaces, working planar surfaces in machine tool. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of imparting rotation to intermittent end needle milling cutter; in order to enlarge manufacturing possibilities additionally imparting to bundles of wire pile radial reciprocation motions along formed in body end radial T-shaped grooves where cleats are mounted with possibility of radial motion. Contour of cross section of said cleats is reciprocal to contour of groove. Needle milling cutter includes segmental sleeves rigidly mounted on cleats and designed for fastening bundles of wire pile; bearing assemblies arranged at both sides of T-shaped grooves supporting said sleeves; tension springs placed in grooves of body and secured to outer end of cleat and to body in order to shift cleat to center of needle milling cutter; wave-guide having outer surface engaged with inner end of cleat and inclined by acute angle alpha relative to lengthwise axis. Said wave-guide is subjected to action of striker of hydraulic pulse generator and it is arranged in central lengthwise opening of hollow spindle to which milling cutter is secured. Inner end of cleat is inclined by acute angle alpha relative to cross plane of cleat. ^ EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities of method. ^ 7 dwg |
