Collimator 2 is arranged between transporting apparatus and accelerator 1. Portal like carcass and transporting apparatus form scanning tunnel. Transporting apparatus includes roller conveyers 5,12 and chain conveyer 10. Roller conveyer 5 and roller conveyer 12 are arranged respectively at both ends of chain conveyer 10.
