SEPARATOR FOR SEPARATION OF LOOSE MIXTURES BY FORMS AND PROPERTIES OF SURFACES

FIELD: separation of loose mixtures by shape and properties of surfaces of particles; cleaning grain in farming; food-processing, chemical, mining industries; metallurgy and construction engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed separator has housing, loading unit, working unit made in form of cylindrical rotor with internal separating surface, device for removal of upper fraction and drive. For withdrawal of upper fraction at any point of rotor, device for removal of upper fraction is made in form of slotted end-piece connected with air suction system at adjustable delivery by means of air duct; position of this device relative to separating surface of cylindrical rotor may be changed due to availability of telescopic joint of air duct with inlet branch pipe of air suction system and turn of slotted end-piece relative to air duct. Cylindrical rotor is mounted for regulation of angle of inclination of rotor axis. ^ EFFECT: simplified construction; enhanced efficiency of separation of loose mixtures. ^ 2 dwg
