Dimethyl ether is isolated from the liquid phase that is fed into catalytic reactor for synthesis of gasoline and the gaseous phase containing unreacted components of synthesis gas is fed to repeated catalytic conversion into additional reactor for synthesis of DME being without the parent synthesis gas. Residue of gaseous phase containing components of synthesis gas not reacted to DME after repeated catalytic conversion in additional reactor for synthesis of DME are oxidized in reactor for synthesis of carbon dioxide. Then carbon dioxide is separated and mixed its with natural gas at increased temperature and pressure that results to preparing synthesis gas that is fed to the catalytic conversion into reactor for synthesis of DME.
