Then mixture is stowed in clamp, treated under stirring with soil microorganism composition in amount of 1 l per 1 t of mixture at humidity of 60-65 % and temperature and conditioned for 1 week. After secondary stirring mixture is further conditioned for 2 weeks at temperature not more than 30°C. ^ EFFECT: multipurpose mixture of high quality to enhance soil fertility.
