The method is conducted by absorption- desorption of carbon dioxide by the water solution of amine with realization of the carbon dioxide desorption under pressure exceeding the pressure of the absorption. The process of the absorption-desorption is exercised in 2 stages with the carbon dioxide feeding after the desorption from the solution of the primary amine on the first stage to absorption on the second stage. The desorption process on the second stage is conducted under the pressure exceeding the pressure of the desorption on the first stage. On each stage they may use both the same and the different absorbing agents. On the second stage use the secondary or the tertiary amines, which are thermo-chemically resistant and having the low resilience of the vapors.
