description | FIELD: technology for volumetric dosage of liquids, including explosion-hazardous ones, used in production of mixed solid rocket fuels, possible utilization in other industrial branches where dosage of viscous liquids is required. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has dosage cylinder with piston and rod, distributing device with channels for accumulating and dispensing a dose. Dosing cylinder is provided with dose dispensing drive, rod of which is mounted coaxially to piston of dosing cylinder on common rod. In dosing and driving cylinders buffer hollows are made, between which mating flange is mounted with compaction of common rod and draining channel on the side of buffer hollow of dosing cylinder. To output aperture of draining channel easily detachable transparent controlling barrel is connected. Piston of dosing cylinder on the side of buffer hollow is provided with cylindrical skirt with circular recesses. Distributing device is made in form of two similar plate valves with drives, and pressure of compacting elements in plane of contact of plates with appropriate saddles is adjusted in accordance to given dependence. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability and safety of dosage. ^ 3 cl, 2 dwg |
