Zusammenfassung:FIELD: computer science, in particular, engineering of control devices, possible use for scientific research and constructor projects, where it is required to find optimal breakdown intensiveness values, providing for minimal possible product standstill coefficient. ^ SUBSTANCE: result is achieved by realization of mathematical model in detailed and full manner representing functioning of product, and due to finding computed values of product standstill coefficient simultaneously with values of breakdowns efficiency. To achieve result device additionally includes four adders, three delay elements and two keys. As a whole device includes stepped voltage generator, two non-linearity blocks, two integrators, six adders, two multiplication blocks, comparison block, three delay elements, three keys, two splitters and two amplifiers. ^ EFFECT: improved precision and information capacity of device. ^ 1 dwg
