The technical result of the invention is a reduction of temperature at the beginning of compaction, reduction of the temperature of molding by 100-200°C, an increase of density, impact viscosity and reduction of the composite material porosity, that allows to manufacture the items of complex forms with the necessary level of physical-mechanical characteristics. The invention offers the composite material of the following chemical elemental composition (in mass %): glass fiber matrix - 35-75, the continuous carbonic filament filler - 25-65. The glass fiber matrix contains the following components (in mass %): SiO2 - 30-65, B23 - 2-10, SiOC - 1-15, a colophony-resin solution - 30-45. The carbonic filament filler is made in the form of a thread, a harness, a band, a fabric. The item is made out of the offered composite material. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures a significant reduction of items temperatures at the beginning of compaction and molding processes, reduction of the composite material porosity, an increase of their density, impact viscosity, that allows to produce the items of complex forms with the necessary level of physical-mechanical characteristics. ^ 3 cl, 2 tbl, 4 ex
