Proposed compound has the following composition, parts by mass: thermo-expanding graphite, 10-30; magnesium oxide, 10-20; antimony (III) oxide, 5-10; borates, 5-10; phosphates, 10-35; dispersions of acryl polymers in water, 40-80; preserving and biocidal additives, 1-3. ^ EFFECT: enhanced fire resistance, elasticity, water resistance and adhesion of coat to different cable envelopes. ^ 1 tbl
