Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: railway transport; car building. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed side wall contains sheet with window partitions reinforced over contour by corrugated sheets, shaped pillars connected into framing by paired stringers 9, 10 passing along edges of window apertures and single shaped stringers 16, and also partition corrugated sheets 8 and binding section 35. Partition pillars 14, 15 are provided with L-shaped intermediate projections equal to depth of corrugations to form frames. Sheet on each end is reinforced by angle adjusting section arranged between end pillar 12 or 13 and end faces of corrugated sheets. Said adjusting section is connected with overlapping to web of end pillar 12 or 13. Method of assembling of car side wall includes operations for reinforcing sheet by corrugated sheets in number of windows by paired lower stringers 9 and upper stringers 10 of framing shaped cover plates 34 and subsequent connection of them with framing. Lower and upper corrugated sheets at reinforcing are connected into belts 4, and 5, and then sheet is filled with end and partition parts of framing closing in one plane of contact of reinforcement belts 4 and 5 with end parts of pillars 14, 15 and in other parallel plane, ends of paired stringers 9, 10 are connected in to framing enclosing window apertures. In process of assembling cuts are made by laser over contour of window apertures in smooth strips before their welding into sheet blank. Said cuts alternate with bridges 47 holding inner parts of strips to form braces from said inner parts. Assembling is done in uniformly tensioned state in length and width.
