The inlet pipe has injection openings. The cylindrical inlet pipe is provided with elastic sleeve surrounding it and rigidly connected to inlet pipe in front of injection openings by the first end thereof. The first elastic sleeve end is connected to the inlet pipe so that the elastic sleeve may move relative the injection openings to close and open thereof. Contraction insert is installed in the inlet pipe. Diffusion body is connected to the inlet pipe through elastic corrugated insert. Body bottom is made as plate with outlet orifices. The plate is fixedly connected with vibration means through shaft. The vibration means are arranged in the body and secured to the inlet pipe by rods. The vibration means is electrically linked with vibration frequency and amplitude regulator. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency of incoming air velocity reduction inside room due to vibratory means usage, possibility to supply incoming air jets into the room in pulsed mode due to corrugated insert oscillation in compression-relax regime, reduced temperature drop between incoming air jets and room air due to incoming air mixing with room air through injection openings. ^ 1 dwg
