Zusammenfassung:FIELD: ferrous metallurgy; blast-furnace process. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes loading coke, iron-ore materials and coal through furnace top; loading is performed at different feed of iron-ore materials and coke increasing the mass of coke feed from minimum permissible magnitude determined from the following relationship: MF>=MFbase.Cbase(Cbase-C.Crepl), where MF and MFbase are mass of coke feed in modes of replacement of coke by coal and in base mode, t; Cbase is specific consumption of coke in base mode, kg/t of cast iron; C is amount of coal fed for replacement of coke, kg/t of cast iron; Crepl is coefficient of replacement of coke by coal, kg/kg to maximum magnitude of coke feed when smooth operation and better operational parameters of furnace are obtained. Coal is mixed with iron-ore materials in each feed at weight ratio more than 6.0 of iron-ore materials to 1 ton of coal. ^ EFFECT: reduced consumption of coke; increased output of furnace. ^ 1 ex
