MOVABLE CONCRETE MIX PREPARATION PLANT

FIELD: equipment to produce mixtures containing clay or cement material. ^ SUBSTANCE: movable plant comprises three hoppers for fillers, filler proportioner, conveying mechanism, cement tank, cement proportioner, mixer, unloading container and transport platform. The plant is also provided with fixed unit mounted on loading platform and with sliding unit located in fixed unit so that the sliding unit may reciprocate inside the fixed unit, as well as with operator's compartment, water tank and chemical additive tank. Hoppers for fillers, filler proportioner, conveying mechanism, cement tank and unloading container are arranged on loading platform in fixed unit. The filler hoppers are formed with detachable partitions mounted in the hoppers to provide filler fraction separation. The cement tank has frame pivotally arranged in fixed unit so that the frame may be displaced from horizontal transport position into vertical working position by wrench. The wrench has bypass pulley and is installed in sliding unit in which mixer and operator's compartment are arranged. Conveying mechanism is made as skip lifter. Unloading device may be adjusted in length and moved from working position into folded vertical transport position and arranged in the sliding unit. ^ EFFECT: increased productivity and operational reliability. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg
