FIELD: biotechnology, in particular production of new probiotic preparation based on bacteria of genus Bacillus useful in prophylaxis and treatment of invective diseases and disbiosis in human, domestic animals and poultry. ^ SUBSTANCE: New strains B.subtilis 07 and B.licheniformis 09 have wide range of antagonistic activity, high proteolytic and amylase activity, and lysozyme producing ability without competition. Furthermore said strains have synergic action, namely are capable to increase antagonistic action of biopreparation. Biopreparation contains effective amount of strains Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus licheniformis and protective medium. Optionally biopreparation contains solvent and/or filler.
